We currently offer free local delivery within Hertfordshire on selected order days.

If you are located outside Hertfordshire and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times

Delivery days and time slots may vary depending on order volume and availability.

We will communicate delivery details and estimated timings once your order has been confirmed.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather or circumstances outside our control.

Fresh & Perishable Products

All Karoga products are freshly prepared and delivered chilled or frozen where applicable.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order and products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.

Karoga is not responsible for spoilage or deterioration caused by unattended deliveries or failure to properly refrigerate products after delivery.

Collection Orders

Collection details and timings will be provided after your order has been confirmed.

Products should be refrigerated promptly after collection.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Karoga shall not be liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Outside Hertfordshire

We may be able to offer delivery outside Hertfordshire for selected orders, catering bookings or special requests.

Please contact us directly before ordering to discuss availability and delivery charges.
