Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been prepared, dispatched, collected or delivered.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, unsafe for consumption or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.

Where appropriate, Karoga may offer a replacement, credit or refund at its discretion.
